Mikala is the owner and head coach at Center of Strength, where she combines her passion for fitness, competition, and mental health advocacy. A 29-year-old mom and world traveler, Mikala’s journey into fitness began five years ago in Minot, ND, and it quickly transformed her life in ways she never expected. What started as a physical challenge became a powerful tool for mental well-being—helping her overcome struggles with mental health and providing a sense of strength and purpose through some of her darkest moments.

When she moved back to Tennessee, she recognized that Rogersville needed a space that offered high-intensity, community-driven training—so she became the solution by opening Center of Strength.

Miguel is a 32-year-old coach and Athlete, dedicated father of three, and passionate construction professional with a competitive drive that fuels both his career and athletic pursuits. Though he’s been involved in the gym for just over two years, Miguel’s commitment to the sport and his drive to continually improve have already made a significant impact, both in his own training and as a coach. He thrives on pushing his limits and has quickly developed a deep passion for the sport’s challenges, constantly striving to be better—whether he’s in the gym or on the construction site.

4 years experience in Functional Fitness. Justin loves the challenge of learning anything new. He also loves helping and motivating others to reach their full potential. Justin Loves and coaches because of the diversity of skillsets and adaptations that enables a community of drastically different athletes to come together and get better one workout at a time.  He is very passionate about helping athletes reach and fulfill their fullest potential. With years of experience in multiple areas of fitness and training, he brings a broad foundation of knowledge. Proud husband and father of three, Justin believes in fitness for life and enjoys Spartan races, hiking, and everything challenging.​
